This is my mom's recipe -- a WONDERFUL Iowan cook. I live in California and hate cooking, but this is so easy it's fun. Every time I serve this, people rave...guests and family, adults and kids alike. My hubby practically cries tears of joy whenever it comes out of the oven. A sure thing!
