what you need
  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed Italian tomatoes
  • 1 can black olives (optional)
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen white corn
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 pkg. zesty Italian dressing (made as directed) or 3/4 cup
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour the lime juice over the chopped avocados before adding to salsa.
