Italian Sausage & Rigatoni

what you need
  • 1 package Italian sausages (pork or turkey)
  • 29 oz. (2 regular sized cans) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 box rigatoni noodles
make it
Take sausage out of the casing and brown. Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning and simmer for up to 2 hours.

Add heavy cream just before serving.

Serve over cooked rigatoni noodles.
You could also put the sausage and tomatoes in a slow cooker and simmer it for as long as you like. I do this often!
