Italian Tilapia

what you need
  • 6 individually frozen tilapia
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup rice
  • Mixed cut vegetables (amount desired)
  • Salt - to taste
make it
In covered saucepan spray with non-stick spray. Lay frozen fish in saucepan, cover. Turn stove on medium heat.

Once fish begins to turn white pour in dressing, cover, and turn on low heat. Let fish simmer.

Prepare rice as directed. Cook vegetables to desired tenderness.
Once rice is prepared as directed your vegetables and fish should be ready. You do not have to turn fish, I like to turn once during simmering. This is a quick and easy recipe. we have tried other fish, tilapia is our favorite for this recipe.
