Jalapeno-Red Pepper Cheese Poppers

what you need
- 25-30 jalapeno peppers
- 1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Philadelphia White Cheddar with Roasted Red Pepper Cracker Spreads
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 cups oil

Cut a small slit in each pepper and remove the seeds. Mix cheese spread and shredded cheese and spoon into each pepper.
Roll peppers in flour, dip in egg, and roll in bread crumbs - refrigerate for 15 minutes
Heat oil to 375°F. Add peppers until golden brown and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
Notes
Eliminate breading and wrap each pepper with bacon and bake or grill (on foil) for about 15-20 minutes - Delicious!
