what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dried spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 package (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Parmesan cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Fry the ground beef and drain the fat off. Add the dried spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce and let that cook for a few minutes.

Put the mixture into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Spread the sour cream on top of the beef. (You want enough sour cream to cover the entire top of the dish.) Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the sour cream. Unroll the crescent rolls and put them on top. Melt the butter and drizzle it on top of the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes. The crescent rolls should be lightly browned when done.
