Jessica's White Chicken Chili

Makes: 6 servings, 1 1/2 cups Total Time: 1 hr

what you need
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 cups northern beans
  • 1 cup green chilies
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. chicken base
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups water
  • Monterey Jack cheese (for topping)
make it
Mix all ingredients together.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 mins.

Place in bowls and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
