what you need
- 2 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Top
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix softened cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla in blender. Pour into cake or pie pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes
Mix the sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Spread on top of cheesecake and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool to room temp.
