Julia's Pizza Casserole

Makes: 10-12 servings Total Time: 1 hr

what you need
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar original Ragu
  • 1 lb. box penne pasta, cooked
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
make it
Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. Brown the ground beef. Mix all this with the Ragu.

Layer meat/sauce, cooked pasta, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Keep layering and cover with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
Notes
Be careful not to overbake.
