"Kicked Up" Chicken Pasta Toss with Sun Dried Tomatoes

what you need
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 4 oz. sun dried tomatoes, julienne cut
- Chili pepper paste
- 2 tsp. Del Alpe concentrated tomato paste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. pesto sauce
- 1 box mini penne pasta
- 5 oz. Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese (for sprinkling)

Add olive oil to skillet. Add chicken and saute for 5 minutes. Add crushed garlic, sun dried tomatoes, chili pepper paste, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Saute until chicken is cooked through. Add pesto and mix thoroughly.
In a separate pot, cook pasta. Drain when pasta is finished cooking.
Add chicken mixture into pot with pasta and mix thoroughly. Toss in Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Serve and garnish with Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
Notes
You can make this dish spicier by adding more chili pepper paste.
