what you need
- 2 already prepared pizza crusts, like Boboli, whole wheat
- 1 cup jarred tomato salsa
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft reduce-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-1/3 cups black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro for garnishing
make it
Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place crusts on baking sheet.
Spread each crust with 1/2 cup salsa, 1/2 cup Kraft Cheese, and 2/3 cup beans. Divide red pepper and scallions over pizzas. Top each pizza with 2 Tbsp. Kraft Cheese.
Bake in lower third of oven for 13-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro. Serve.
