what you need
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed mint leaves
  • Sprinkle pepper & parsley
  • 10-14 drops Tabasco
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
make it
Combine ingredients.

Put in container till ready to use.
Notes
I use this to marinate a boneless leg of lamb or for lamb shish-kabobs

Best if marinated overnight.

Skewer with mushrooms, tomatoes, onion wedges, green peppers or any other veggies you like.
