Lemon Pepper Chicken Salad

what you need
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves
make it
Boil chicken breast until thoroughly cooked. Cool and shred. Chop celery and onion. Add chicken and spices. Add enough mayonnaise to bind the ingredients together.

Chill for several hours.

Use bread or buns, lettuce leaves, and chicken salad for delicious sandwiches.
Serve with fresh vegetables and dill dip, or a bowl of soup.
