Preheat oven to 425°F. Place wheat tortilla on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 3 minutes, then flip tortilla and toast for another 2-3 minutes until tortilla is crisp to your liking.

Bake in oven just until the cheese is melted and the veggies are slightly toasted (about 5 minutes).
Notes
I have been making healthy eating choices for a few months now and I'm always trying to come up with new, super-healthy recipes. This one I came up with and I love it so much, I just had to share.
I LOVE the white sauce you get on pizza-joint pizzas, but it's always LOADED with fat and calories, so I came up with this! At only 250 calories (I don't count the veggies - they're freebies), this pizza is a fabulous, healthy lunch or dinner option!
You can even make more than one and refrigerate the extra pizza(s) - they warm up great in the microwave! So delicious!!!!! I've even added spinach and artichoke hearts for added nutrition! Any of your favorite veggies would be great - so get creative, get healthy and make over your body! :o)
