what you need
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 roll sugar cookie dough
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 strawberries

Before you get started, take Philadelphia Cream Cheese out to soften at room temperature. Cut cookie dough into small pieces and place close together on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Remove cookie from oven. While cookie is cooling slice strawberries.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie, evenly and add sliced strawberries. You can also add kiwi and pineapple for appearance.
