what you need
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 box stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk (add a little more if needed)
make it
In bowl, add ground chuck, onion, stuffing mix, eggs and evaporated milk. Mix all together.

Put in loaf pan.

Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hr. 20 minutes or 30 minutes. Cover top with foil.
Notes
I put the stuffing mix in the food processor and Pulse 2-3 times. This makes it easier to mix into the ground chuck.
