Linda's Peanut Butter Cookies

what you need
- 1 jar (18 oz.) peanut butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- Sugar to roll dough balls in
make it
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch dough balls. Roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Press down with tines of fork.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Bottom of cookie should be LIGHT brown.
Notes
I have made these cookies for fifteen years and they are constantly requested by coworkers and family.
Use name brand peanut butter only.
