Linguine with Mushrooms and Asparagus in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

what you need
- 6 oz. whole wheat linguine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 15 pieces of asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Bring water to boil; cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, and saute asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, onions and garlic until asparagus is crisp-tender and onions are clear and soft, about 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper.
Drain pasta. Return to pan. Add sauteed vegetables, milk, and cheese. Mix until cheese is melted. Add more milk or slightly more cheese until sauce is creamy and pasta is coated evenly.
