Liz's Banana Nut Bread

what you need
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 pinches salt
make it
In large mixing bowl beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream together. Add bananas and baking soda; mix well. Add nuts and chocolate chips, flour, and salt. Again mix well.

Pour into eight greased mini loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Check to see if middle is done with toothpick.
This recipe may be cut in half and baked in one regular greased loaf pan.
