Macaroni Salads with Class

what you need
  • 16 ounces elbows macaroni
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickle
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 bottle (8-ounce) Kraft Creamy Salad Dressing
  • 1 cup Kraft Salad Dressing
  • 3 hard cooked boiled eggs, chopped
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup thin yellow pepper, garnish
  • 1/2 cup thin red pepper, garnish
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, garnish
  • 1 cup whole tiny tomatoes for garnish
make it
Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions, but do not add salt. Drain. Place under warm water; drain.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients except: yellow pepper, red pepper, fresh parsley and tiny tomatoes for garnish. Mix well.

Chill for 5 hours. Garnish with yellow and red pepper, parsley and tiny tomatoes. Serve cold.
Notes
You may need to add more Kraft Salad Dressing. I like to add more Kraft Creamy Dressing to my salads. You can use any kind of Kraft Dressing. I sometime add Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing to the salads.
