Macaroni and Tomato

what you need
  • 8 oz. package elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
make it
Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain, and return to pot.

Add in can of diced tomato, butter, garlic, salt and pepper and stir.

Heat over medium heat for a few minutes until warmed through. Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
This is a quick and very inexpensive meal to make, and it is suprisingly very good! I served it with some steamed veggies and bread, and it was a hit.

Rated  by bmakahi on 10/20/2006 I absolutely loved this recipe. At first, I'll admit that I was skeptical, but I am so glad that I found this! I also added some frozen green peas and it turned out great! Super affordable, fast, easy, and tasty!!
