what you need
  • 1/2 bag (15 oz.) egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes seasoned with basil & oregano
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
make it
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add water to pan and boil, then add egg noodles and cook until tender.

In separate pan, brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and green pepper and cook until tender. Add tomatoes, soups, and chili powder. Drain egg noodles and add to hamburger mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Pour mixture into 8 x 8 casserole dish and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
You may also add grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese over mixture during the last 5 - 10 minutes of baking.
