Makes: 6 or more servings Total Time: 15 min
Category: Desserts Sub Category: Other

what you need
  • 1 cup raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 carton blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows or slices of fresh coconut
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • Wood skewers
  • Cookie cutter (star shaped)
make it
Place one of your red berries on the skewer. Add a blueberry or two. Add a marshmallow or piece of coconut.

Repeat above steps until you only have an inch and a half or so left at the top of the skewer.

Slice a thick slice of watermelon. Use a cookie cutter shaped like a star to punch out a star in the watermelon slice. Place watermelon star at the top of the kabob. Cast a spell with your magic fruit wand before eating!
Notes
Substitute out other berries if desired. And, a heart shaped cookie cutter makes for a nice kabob topping, too, if you do not have a star shaped cutter. Stick kabobs in a hollowed out watermelon half to make them easier to serve and handle.
