what you need
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup liquid vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
make it
Cake:
Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix together pineapple with juice and small vanilla instant pudding and refrigerate.
Half hour before serving, fold in Cool Whip with frosting and frost cake. Enjoy!!!!
Notes
This is a very nice refreshing cake and great during the summer.
