Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

what you need
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup liquid vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
make it
Cake:
Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix together pineapple with juice and small vanilla instant pudding and refrigerate.

Half hour before serving, fold in Cool Whip with frosting and frost cake. Enjoy!!!!
Notes
This is a very nice refreshing cake and great during the summer.

Everyone that tries this always wants the recipe!!

Rated  by ginie4 on 6/8/2004 Wonderful and refreshing. I make this cake about every other week in the summer. My family loves it and it keeps for a long time in the refridgerator, so I am told. We eat ours before I could test that.
