Makes: 2 servings Total Time: 8 hr 25 min
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Fish & Seafood Entrees

what you need
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 medium salmon fillets w/ skin
make it
In a ziplock bag add maple syrup, BBQ sauce and oil. Shake well to blend. Place salmon fillets in bag and marinate over night in refrigerator.

Take aluminum foil and create pockets for the fillets. Make sure you have enough sauce so the fillets will not dry out. If necessary add a little more syrup and BBQ sauce.

When ready you can bake fillets in oven on 350 for 25 minutes or until fish is tender, or you can wrap in aluminum foil and grill for approximately 15 minutes. Just be sure fillets flake with fork. This recipe is great on a George Foreman grill.
When ready serve with white & wild rice. It's delicious.
