Maple Smothered Salmon

Makes: 2 Salmon Filets Total Time: 25 min

what you need
  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup times 2
  • fresh rosemary, to your liking
make it
Marinate in a baking dish during the day in a 1/2 cup of olive oil, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup drizzled all over the salmon filets, rosemary laid on the top. Rotate once.

Pour another 1/4 cup of maple syrup over the filets before baking 25 minutes in the oven @ 350 degrees.
Notes
Skin on the salmon does not need to be removed.
Meat will fall apart with a fork when it is finished.

It will also look like butter is coming out of it, that is the maple syrup boiling out of it.
