what you need
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons of catsup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • TOPPING:
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
make it
Mix the ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg, salt, catsup, and milk. Form into a loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Drain off any liquid fat.

Mix the topping ingredients together and pour over meatloaf. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
