Makes: 36 servings, 3 dozen Total Time: 1 hr
Category: Sandwiches Sub Category: Sandwiches

what you need
  • 1 1/2 lb. leftover ham or ham bought at the store
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free sweet relish or sugar free sweet pickles
  • Onion powder and garlic powder adjusted to your taste
  • Kraft Light Mayonnaise
  • 3 dozen finger rolls, or hot dog rolls cut in half
make it
Place ham and other ingredients (except mayonnaise and rolls) into a food chopper and chop till it becomes a nice fine salad.

Fold in mayonnaise and place in refrigerator until chilled for at least 1/2 hour.

Before serving, fill buns, eat and enjoy.
I have made these for some of the girls afternoon lunches, and they are excellent at a party.

My friends rave about these little sandwiches and even like to have them as a finger food for their hungry kids when they get home from school.
