what you need
  • 2 pkgs. frozen spinach
  • 1 cup bulgar wheat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 5 hot banana peppers, diced (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
make it
Cook spinach according to directions. Add bulgar wheat and salt. Cook two more minutes and drain.

Brown onion and peppers in olive oil. Mix together with spinach. Stuff in pita bread or wrap in tortilla wrap.
For more of a flavor, pour Kraft Italian Dressing on top of each pita or wrap.
