Meatloaf, Grandma's Best!

Makes: 4-5 servings Total Time: 1 hr 30 min

what you need
  • 3 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup small dried bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. salt
make it
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.

Put into a loaf style baking dish and pat mixture evenly to edges of dish.

Bake at 375, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Notes
Drain fat off of meatloaf before slicing and serving.
