Meatloaf My Way

what you need
  • 4 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms drained (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1 can (8 oz.) roasted garlic tomato sauce
make it
Preheat oven 450 degrees. Spray the bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Next, In a large bowl, assemble all of the ingredients except the tomato sauce. Clean hands are needed here. Remove any jewelry and dig in. Mix together thourghly.

Press the meatloaf into the pan. Take the tomato sauce and pour it over the top, using a spoon to spread it all over. Make sure the meatloaf is covered.

Bake for an hour and fifteen minutes. Check before hand, because all ovens may vary. Remove from oven, let cool, and then enjoy.
