Meatloaf Sandwich

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Splash milk
  • Shredded cheese
  • 1 package crescent rolls
make it
Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crescent rolls in mixing bowl.

Divide meat mixture into 2 halves. Make a well in the center of the bottom half and fill with cheese. Place remaining meat on top and mold into loaf.

Bake for 45 minutes. Add crescent rolls on top of meatloaf and bake per package instructions. Remove from oven when rolls are done. Cut into 1" slices and enjoy!
Notes
You can use your own meatloaf receipe and add the rolls at the end. This can be enjoyed cold!
