Meatloaf - The Healthy Way

Makes: 4-6 servings - 2 slices each Total Time: 1 hr 5 min

what you need
  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 packet vegetable dip mix
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/8 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
make it
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients together.

Put into a medium loaf pan. Top loaf with ketchup and a little more parmesan cheese as a topper.

Cook loaf approx. 45 min. Let sit for 10 min before serving.
