Melting Chocolate Cake

what you need
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 8 oz. butter
  • 7 fresh eggs
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 2 oz. flour
make it
1. Melt chocolate and butter.

2. Mix 4 eggs and the sugar and whisk for a few minutes. Add the flour; whisk. Add the 3 other eggs; whisk.

3. Add egg mixture to the melted chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into the ramekin cups.

4. Bake directly in the oven at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can top with a pinch of powdered sugar.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
