Makes: 1 serving Total Time: 10 min
Category: Beverages Sub Category: Cold Beverages

what you need
  • 1 packet General Foods International Cappuccino Coolers French Vanilla
  • 12 ounces cold milk (I suggest 2% milk)
  • 2 scoops French vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh fruit/shaved coconut and maraschino cherry
make it
Empty contents of Cappuccino Coolers French Vanilla Mix into blender. Add cold milk. Add French Vanilla ice cream.

On blender, choose "Frappe" and blend until smooth and thick.

Pour into large chilled glass and add a straw. Top it with fresh fruit such as pineapple or shaved coconut with maraschino cherries. You're done. Drink up.
Using fresh fruit adds flair to its appearance when serving to guests. You can also use other Cappuccino Cooler flavors such as Chocolate Coolers and use Chocolate Ice Cream with M and M's on top or Reese's Pieces.

A great tasty chilled summertime treat for any occasion.

Rated  by ClariceS on 11/11/2003 I have a similar recipe using milk and Kraft Cappucino Coolers but this shake is just as tasty and great tasting. What a treat. I made it just like Merylie01 instructed, I added some Vanilla extract, just a hiint, and put all of it in the blender and poured it into a frosted mug and wow! It was great. I will be making this one again and again.
