what you need
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 lb. cubed chicken (canned or boiled ahead of time)
  • 4 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Kraft Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese (whichever you prefer)
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together soups and tomatoes.

Begin with soup mixture and layer chicken, chips, and cheese in large, oiled casserole dish ending with cheese on the top.

Cover and bake in oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese browns. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
