Makes: 8 servings, 1 1/2 cups Total Time: 1 hr

what you need
  • 1 cup rice (to be cooked)
  • 2 pkgs. taco seasoning, divided
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (16 oz.) corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) ranch style beans
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg. (2 cups) Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
make it
Cook rice with 1 pkg. of taco seasoning, set aside.

Brown beef and drain, add 1 pkg. of taco seasoning, mix well. Add to beef, corn, beans, and rice, mix well.

In a round baking dish layer each: tortilla, beef mixture then cheese. Continue to the top of baking dish.

Place in oven at 300 degrees F for 15 minutes till cheese is melted. Serve with salad and bread.
Notes
Can use low fat cheese and low sodium corn and beans.
