what you need
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz.) canegal brand milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
make it
Melt sugar in loaf pan and coat bottom pan with it, set aside (will harden).

In bowl, whip cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add both milks, one at a time, and then add vanilla. Pour into sugar coated loaf pan.

Bake in water bath half up the side of loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
