what you need
- 1 stick butter (light or unsalted)
- 1 small package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 2 cans Mexi corn
make it
Mix butter and cream cheese in microwave just until creamy.
Stir in sugar and add green chilies and corn.
Cover and cook in dish for 45 minutes or until bubbly at 375. It will come out of oven a little runny but will stiffen up when it sits a little.
Notes
This is great with any meal but I love it with any pasta dish on the side or meatloaf and mac and cheese. It is a great thing kids love.
