what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 large can black beans
- 1 large can corn
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
- Sour cream
- Guacamole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown meat in skillet and drain fat. Add taco seasoning according to directions on packet.
Spread beef in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Layer black beans, corn, and cheese.
Prepare cornbread mix as directed and pour over layers.
Bake until cornbread is cooked, approx. 15-20 min. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
