Category: Appetizers Sub Category: Other Hot Appetizers

what you need
  • 1 & 1/2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 package (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
make it
In large bowl combine pasta sauce & seasoning; set aside.

On cookie sheet press out each biscuit to a 3-3 1/2 diameter circle. Place 2 Tbsp. sauce in center of disk, sprinkle with 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. of cheese and finally 2 slices of pepperoni. Repeat procedure until all biscuit are used. Then fold disk in half pinching together the dough with the tines of a fork. Repeat until finished.

Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This is a favorite with the kids because they are easy and quick. They can help with the making and its easy cleanup.

Rated  by a cook on 10/16/2004 Cute and fun idea. Everyone seemed to like it quite a bit. To make it a little easier on myself, I used Ragu spaghetti sauce as the pizza sauce and it tastes great!
