Mini Cheddar Meatloafs

what you need
  • 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, milk, egg, cheddar cheese, oats, onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Seperate into two portions.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until well blended. Spoon mixture over meatloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
