Mom's Pineapple Cheesecake

what you need
  • Filling:
  • 2 pkgs. Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese (regular or light)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 graham pie crust (shell)
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed pineapple, drain well
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
make it
Filling:
Beat cheese until creamy, add sugar slowly and cream together. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla and lemon juice. Place in shell. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 350º.

Topping:
Mix together, spoon gently on top of hot cake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
