what you need
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 bushel cilantro
- 1 serrano pepper
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes with zesty jalapeños
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
make it
Peel and cut 1/2 large onion into fourths. Pull leaves from the cilantro, to start use about half of the bushel. Cut pepper into chunks.
Add all ingredients into the food processor. Blend all ingredients together.
Taste, and add more cilantro, salt, garlic to your fit taste.
Notes
If you want more heat, add a habanero pepper, but just one unless you want A LOT of heat! Enjoy!
