what you need
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
make it
Add a layer of low fat yogurt at bottom of cup. Add layer of blueberries and strawberries.

Repeat steps 3-4 times.

Put coating of granola on top of top layer of low fat yogurt.
You may add different types of fruit if wanted.
