what you need
- 1 can tomato paste
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Oregano (to taste)
- Basil (to taste)
- Crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 3 English muffins
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 slices baked ham (optional)
- 6 chunks pineapple (optional)
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1 small green or red pepper (optional)
- 36-48 slices pepperoni (optional)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a bowl, mix tomato paste and spices. Split muffins. Spread paste onto muffins.
Topping options:
Hawaiian - dice pineapple chunks. Slice onion into 6 slices. Cut slices in half. Cut ham into small pieces (approx. 1/4 - 1/2 inch). Top pizzas with pineapple, onion, ham, and shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni- place 3-4 slices of pepperoni on each pizza. Top with mozzarella. Place an additional 3-4 slices of pepperoni on each pizza
Veggie Pizza- Slice onion into at least 6 slices. Slice pepper, and cut smaller, being sure that the pieces are not larger than the pizzas. Top Pizzas with Onion, pepper and mozzarella.
Place pizzas on baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes, or until mozzarella is nicely melted.
Notes
This recipe is easy to make many variations of. Other toppings include sliced mushrooms, red onions, sliced garlic cloves... anything that you can get in small quantities and fit on an English muffin.
