Mushroom, Bacon Jack Meatloaf

what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef 93% lean
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Palms Grill Season
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 can mushrooms pieces and stems
- 5 slices bacon
make it
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Mix just until combined well.
Lay out on a piece of wax paper and pat out to about 1/2 inch thick. Top with sliced cheese. Add mushrooms. Roll using wax paper (like a jelly roll). Seal seams and ends of roll. Put in pan seam side down. Top with sliced bacon.
Cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Let rest 10 minutes. Cut and serve.

This is a great comfort meal.
