what you need
  • 6 medium potatoes or 6 servings instant potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • 1-2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheese---your favorite kind
make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large pan boil the potatoes till soft, then mash them and add salt and pepper to taste. Or make 6 servings of mashed potatoes according to package. Set aside.

While waiting for the potatoes to finish, brown hamburger in skillet and add seasoning to taste. Drain, add hamburger to large casserole dish. Add green beans, soup, milk, and seasonings to taste into the hamburger. Mix well. Cover hamburger mixture with mashed potatoes and smooth over. Sprinkle with cheese of your favorite kind and as much or as least as you prefer.

Place in preheated oven and bake till cheese is melted and mixture on bottom is hot, about 30-40 min. Serve hot with your favorite bread.
Notes
You can substitute:
- hamburger with 1 large can chunk chicken or turkey.
- cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup.
- green beans with broccoli or corn or peas,
- mashed potatoes with rice

You can omit the cheese and add pats of butter to the top if you wish or nothing on top.
