My Mom’s Peach Cobbler

what you need
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar (or substitute sweetener)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium can peach slices (or your choice of fruit)
make it
Preheat oven to 350-375°F. Combine the flour, sugar, milk and butter; mix well. Put into a baking dish.

Drain can of fruit and place the fruit on top of the center of mixture in baking dish.

Cook for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
You will need to drain the canned fruit. You can use fresh fruit.
