what you need
- 1 large box Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can diced tomatoes, & green chilies
- 1 can bean dip
- 1 cup 'medium' spiced salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sliced jalapenos
- 1 Tbsp. bacon pieces
- 1 "squeeze" lime juice
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 bags tortilla chips
make it
In large saucepan, combine Velveeta, milk, and drained tomatoes & green chilies. Cook on medium heat, for 15 minutes, or until cubes are dissolved.
In large serving bowl, pour cheese mixture. On top of that add bean dip, salsa, then sour cream, black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese. Then add jalapenos, bacon pieces, and 1 squeeze of lime juice. Top with diced tomatoes, and green onions.
Place 2 bags of chips, in large, separate bowl!
Notes
This makes the ULTIMATE party dip! Watch out, it goes fast!!!!!! (Don't use the jalapenos when serving to kids.)
